This program is open to dependents of employees of member firms of Gulf Coast Chapter ISRI (which serves Arkansas, western Kansas, Louisiana, Mexico (except Baja), Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas).

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
