Ruth Hans Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Maryland who are interested in working on a bachelor's degree in nursing (B.S.N.) at a school in the state.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of Maryland who are enrolled in a nursing program in the state.

Applicants may be entrylevel baccalaureate nursing student or registered nurses with an associate degree and completing a baccalaureate nursing degree.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

In the selection process, consideration is given to academic achievement, leadership, and community service.
