The Samuel W. and Dee Thornton Abbott Scholarship is open to upper-division and graduate students at The University of Southern Mississippi. Juniors and seniors seeking a bachelor's degree in accounting and graduate students seeking a master's degree in business administration or accounting are encouraged to apply. Residents of Forrest or Lamar counties in Mississippi receive first consideration. Residents of Mississippi receive second consideration.

  • Attend The University of Southern Mississippi First preference is given to residents of Forrest or Lamar counties. Second preference is given to residents of Mississippi.
