Applicants must be planning to enroll at a 2 or 4-year college, university, or trade school in any state.

Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

They must submit transcripts, a letter of recommendation, a resume of school and community activities, and a 500word essay on their present and future goals and why they deserve this scholarship.
