Requirements

This program is open to high school seniors and current full-time undergraduates at colleges and universities in any state.

Applicants must be the child or grandchild of a Southwest Illinois MOAA member who has been a member for at least 1 year.

Selection is based on academic merit, leadership qualities, ability, character, and sincerity of purpose in reaching their goals.
