The Clark Foundation Scholarship Program for High School Graduates is open to students who graduated in the previous year from high schools in 13 designated school districts or 1 BOCES center in New York State. Most districts are in Otsego County, but some serve a small adjacent town. Students who have completed their first year of college and are seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree are welcome to apply.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Graduated in the previous year from a high school in the following districts of New York State: Cherry ValleySpringfield, Cooperstown, Edmeston, Gilbertsville Mt. Upton, Laurens, Milford, Morris, Mt. Markham, Owen D. Young, Richfield Springs, Schenevus, and Worcester **or**
  • Graduated in the previous year from Otsego Area Occupational Center BOCES in Milford
  • Completed the first year of college
  • Seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree as a fulltime student
  • Exhibit good character
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and community service
