The David Knaus Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to licensed radio amateurs in Wisconsin, and if there is no qualified applicant from Wisconsin, residents of the ARRL Central Division (Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin) are considered. Students planning to pursue an undergraduate degree or an associate’s degree are welcome to apply.
