USS Coral Sea Remembrance Scholarship provides financial assistance for college to descendants of members of the USS Coral Sea CVA-43 Association.

Requirements

This program is open to children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of 1) association members in good standing; 2) deceased members in good standing at the time of death; and 3) non-members who were killed in the line of duty while serving aboard the USS Coral Sea, or were captured as a prisoner of war, or were injured in the line of duty.

Applicants must be high school seniors who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and are planning to enroll at an accredited 2 or 4-year college, university, or vocational/technical school.
