The Vaughn G.A. Vasconcellos, KS ’71 Scholarship is awarded to students pursuing a degree in natural sciences, higher education, or Hawaiian history and culture. Half-time and full-time undergraduates and graduate students are encouraged to apply. Native Hawaiian students who reside or have resided on Hawaiian Homelands receive special consideration. It is also the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
