Students may plan to begin at a 4-year college or university in the state or at a community college with the possibility of transferring to a 4-year school.

Graduating senior at designated high schools in Aroostook, Franklin, Hancock, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Oxford, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Sagadahoc, Somerset, Waldo, or Washington counties in Maine

Seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree

Fulltime student

Seeking a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree as a fulltime student at an eligible college or university in Maine

Maximum Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of less than $20,000
