The Albert J. Ball Memorial Scholarship program is available to students who are graduating seniors from a high school in Hancock County, Ohio, and who reside in Hancock County, Ohio. Applicants should demonstrate overcoming adversity and working while in high school. Students pursuing a business degree are encouraged to apply. Students who receive a full scholarship from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
