The Alex Horton Scholarship program supports students attending Tarrant County College. Applicants should have graduated from a high school in Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District in Texas. Students who have participated in CTE courses through the Gene A. Buinger Career & Technology Education Academy while in high school are encouraged to apply.
