The AVID Promise Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from high schools in Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools in North Carolina who have participated in the AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) program. Students who have been accepted at a 4-year college or university are encouraged to apply.
