The Barnes-Manning Scholarship is awarded to students who are members of the Pride of Mississippi Marching Band attending The University of Southern Mississippi. Students who are currently not receiving any other scholarship are eligible. Special consideration is given to students from Greene County in Mississippi. If no student meets these criteria, then other qualified members of the Pride of Mississippi Marching Band are considered.
