The Bob Toole Youth Award Scholarship provides funding to members of the American Jersey Cattle Association (AJCA) who are interested in attending college or conducting a project related to Jerseys.

Requirements

This program is open to high school graduates who are AJCA members and have significant and extensive experience in breeding, managing, and showing Jersey cattle.

Applicants must be interested in 1) attending college and majoring in any field; or 2) conducting a welldefined practical experience related to breeding, developing, and showing Registered Jerseys.

Seeking an undergraduate, graduate, Ph.D., or veterinary degree in the U.S.

They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Selection is based on academic performance (35%), activities and accomplishments with Registered Jersey cattle (30%), and personal goals that include an interest in and commitment to continued involvement in the Jersey dairy business (35%).
