The Charles S. Iwata, Jr. Memorial Annual Scholarship is awarded to full-time undergraduate or graduate students. Those pursuing a degree in Hawaiian studies or the Hawaiian language are encouraged to apply. It is the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
