Requirements

This program is open to full-time students who have transferred from a community college in Connecticut to a 4-year university in the state that is a member of the Connecticut Space Grant College Consortium.

Applicants must be majoring in a field that relates to the mission of the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) or any of its strategic enterprises: earth science, space science, human exploration and development of space, and aerospace technology.

They must be U.S. citizens and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

The consortium is a component of the National Space Grant program of NASA, which encourages participation by diverse segments of the population (American Indians, Alaska Natives, Asians, African Americans, Hispanics, Pacific Islanders, women, and persons with disabilities).
