Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in New Mexico who have been diagnosed or treated for childhood cancer at a pediatric oncology treatment facility in the state.

Applicants must be planning to enroll full or parttime at an institution of higher education. In order to receive the full award, students must register for 12 or more hours per semester (award for less than 12 hours will be prorated).

Recipients must complete at least 12 hours of volunteer service for the sponsor before funds are disbursed.
