The Frantzen-Rinker Business Scholarship is open to students from the Hill Country area of Texas who are interested in working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in business. Applicants must be either a senior or graduate of a high school in Gillespie County or a resident of designated counties. Recipients must be enrolled at least part time at a college or university offering classes at Hill Country University Center.
