Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Ohio who are entering freshmen at colleges and universities.
  • Applicants must be legally blind or visually impaired and planning to work on an undergraduate degree in any field.
  • Financial need is not the sole factor considered in the selection process.
  • Winners are required to attend the Saturday workshops at the sponsor's annual convention; a stipend for meals and workshops is provided.
  • They must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.
