George E. Allen Academic Scholarship recognizes and rewards students in colleges in any state who submit outstanding videos on the dangers of distracted driving.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of any state currently enrolled at a 2- or 4-year college, university, or trade/technical school.

Applicants must submit a video, from 2 to 3 minutes in length, on how to be a safe driver in a world of technology and instant communication.

They must also include a copy of their most recent transcript and an autobiography of 100 to 200 words.
