Georgia Engineering Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate students from Georgia who are attending or entering an approved engineering program in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to residents of Georgia who are attending or accepted at an ABET-accredited engineering or engineering technology program in any state.

Applications from incoming freshmen must include a high school transcript with final senior grades, SAT and/or ACT scores, 3 letters of recommendation, and a brief essay on why they want to prepare for a career in engineering.

Applications from college and graduate students must include a transcript of all college grades and a brief essay on why they want to prepare for a career in engineering.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Selection is based on demonstrated competence in academics, interest in developing a career in engineering, school and community involvement, and financial need.
