The Harry W. Clarke Memorial Scholarship Program – Harry W. Clarke Award supports students who are residents of western North Carolina and attend a public high school in those counties. Additionally, students with a permanent home in the 29-county WNC region who attend NC School of Science and Mathematics, UNC School of the Arts High School, or a home school registered in North Carolina may also apply. Students who exhibit good moral character and are seeking a bachelor's degree in the U.S. are welcome to apply.
