Requirements

This program is open to residents of Indiana who have been diagnosed with a bleeding disorder, including (but not limited to) von Willebrand's disease, hemophilia A, or hemophilia B. Applications must be enrolled or planning to enroll as an undergraduate or graduate student at a college, university, junior college, or vocational school in any state.

Selection is based on that essay, academic standing, and recommendations.
