HRC Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia who participate in the Junior ROTC program and plan to enroll in ROTC at a college in any state in order to become an officer in the U.S. military.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the 7 cities that make up the Hampton Roads region of Virginia (Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Poquoson, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach).

Applicants must be participating in the Junior ROTC program of any service in their high school and be planning to enroll at a 4year college or university in any state that has a senior ROTC program.
