The Idaho Postsecondary Credit Scholarship is available to residents of Idaho who have earned ten or more postsecondary credits at the time of graduation from high school or graduated from high school with an associate degree. Students who obtained a matching academic scholarship that is merit-based from a business or industry, and are either attending or planning to attend an eligible Idaho college or university are eligible to apply.
