Requirements
  • This program is open to association members who are full-time undergraduate students and have completed at least 4 courses in interior design or a related field.
  • Applicants must submit an essay of 200 to 400 words on their long and short-term goals, special interests, volunteer and community service, and what inspired them to prepare for a career in this field; samples of their design work; a transcript; a letter of recommendation from an IFDA professional; and a letter of recommendation from a professor or instructor.
  • Financial need is not considered.
