The Island Holdings Scholarship is for a child or grandchild of active-status employees of a company within the Island Holdings family of companies. (These companies include Island Holdings, Island Insurance, Tradewind Insurance, Island Premier Insurance, Tradewind Capital Group, Atlas Insurance Agency, NMF Insurance Agency, Hoike Services, Hoike Networks dba Pacxa, and The Island Group).

Requirements

Child or grandchild of an active-status employee of a company within Island Holdings

Minimum 2.5 GPA

Resident of Hawaii

Seeking an associate or a bachelor's degree

Attending a notfor-profit institution within the U.S. as a full-time student

Demonstrate financial need Preference is for students with demonstrated leadership and community service, and who are pursuing an undergraduate degree. Preference is also for renewal candidates who reapply each year for up to four years.
