The Jalene Kanani Bell ʻOhana Scholarship is awarded to full- or half-time students who demonstrate characteristics of community-mindedness and good moral character. Students who can demonstrate achievement and contribution to serve the greater community are encouraged to apply. It is the policy of the Foundation to give preference to students of Hawaiian ancestry to the extent permitted by law.
