Requirements

This program is open to members of Girl Scouts in Louisiana who have received the Gold Award and are currently enrolled as high school seniors or freshmen at a college in any state.

Applicants must submit brief essays in which they discuss: 1) their Girl Scout Gold Award Project; 2) the biggest personal obstacle or challenge they have had to overcome in their life and how they overcame that obstacle or challenge; 3) why they feel they deserve this scholarship, and 4) their long term goals.
