The LeBlanc/Baker Scholarship for Change program is available to African American male students planning to attend any UNCF member institution, or a 4-year historically Black college or university (HBCU). Graduating high school seniors who demonstrate a financial need are eligible to apply. Special consideration is given to candidates who are graduating seniors of Washington, DC Public Schools.
