The Lee V. Reyburn, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Josephine County in Oregon who plan to pursue a medical career that involves direct patient contact. Applicants who participate in extracurricular and community service are encouraged to apply. Students attending Klamath Community College, Oregon Institute of Technology, Rogue Community College, or Southern Oregon University receive special considerarion.

Graduating from a high school in Josephine County, Oregon

Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree in a field that involves direct patient contact

Preparing for a medical career, such as a physician, nurse, emergency medical technician (EMT), physician assistant (PA), nurse practitioner (NP), or physical therapist

Participation in community service or extracurricular activities Preference is given to students planning to attend Klamath Community College, Oregon Institute of Technology, Rogue Community College, or Southern Oregon University.
