Major Samuel Woodfill Chapter AUSA Scholarship provides financial assistance to Army personnel and their families, especially those from Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio, who have served in the Global War on Terror and are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to (in order of preference) 1) children and spouses of U.S. Army soldiers (active-duty, Reserve, or National Guard) who are currently serving, or have served in the Global War on Terrorism; 2) Army soldiers and veterans who are currently serving or have served in the Global War on Terrorism; and 3) children, grandchildren, and spouses of members of the Major Samuel Woodfill Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA).
  • Priority is given to residents of southeastern Indiana, northern Kentucky, and southwestern Ohio.
  • Applicants may be attending or accepted at an accredited college or university in any state.
  • High school seniors must also submit information on their GPA, extracurricular activities, honors and/or awards, and SAT/ACT scores.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
