The Mark W. Allen Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from any high school or homeschool in Texas that have been admitted to a school in the University of Texas system. Students who plan to study for a degree in creative writing, English, journalism, photography, or radio-television-film are encouraged to apply.
