Requirements

This program is open to students current enrolled full time as junior or senior undergraduates or first or second year graduate students at a college or university in any state.

Applicants must have graduated from a high school in Maryland and their parents or guardians must reside in that state.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Selection is based on intellectual promise, high attainment, high moral character and responsibility, and potential to render service to their church and nation.
