The MFST scholarship is available to graduating seniors in Florida high school JROTC programs participating for a minimum of 3 years. Students whose parents or grandparents are officers listed as retired, veteran, active duty, or KIA in the U.S. Armed or Uniformed Services are welcome to apply. Applicants will be reviewed for their community service and leadership.
