The Mitchell/Tufts Scholarship was established to support students who are active members in the life of First Presbyterian Church in North Central Texas, or Los Angeles, California. A student of promise and of a middle class where the incomes are too high to qualify for existing financial aid programs, but still unable to afford the fees without relying heavily on student loans are encouraged to apply.
