Requirements

Legally blind in both eyes.

Resident of Oregon.

18 years old.

Pursuing or planning to work on an undergraduate or graduate degree at a college or university in the state.

Enrolled full time or enrolled part time and working full time (1 scholarship).

Selection is based on academic excellence, community service, and financial need. Applicants must attend NFB of Oregon State Convention and attend all scheduled activities.
