Requirements

This program is open to 1) children, grandchildren, and spouses of living or deceased regular, retired, Reserve, or prior service Navy Supply Corps officers; and 2) children and spouses of active or retired enlisted members with ratings of AK (Aviation Storekeeper), SK (Storekeeper), MS (Mess Specialist), DK (Disbursing Clerk), SH (Ship Serviceman), LI (Lithographer), or PC (Postal Clerk).

Applicants must be attending or planning to attend a 2 or 4-year accredited college on a full-time basis and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher in high school and/or college.

Selection is based on character, demonstrated leadership or leadership potential, academic achievement, extracurricular activities, and financial need.
