Been a member of the New England PGA Junior Golf Tour for at least 3 years.

Planning to enroll full time.

2 or 4-year college or university in any state.

Selection is based on that essay, participation in school activities, participation in nongolf and other community service activities, personal character, sportsmanship, and leadership qualities.
