  • This program is open to residents of New Hampshire who are attending a college or university in the state.
  • Applicants must be majoring in water pollution control, environmental science, engineering, chemistry, or another field to prepare for a career in a field directly related to the water environment.
  • Preference is given to vocational students and to members and families of the New Hampshire Water Pollution Control Association (NHWPCA).
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
