Requirements

This program is open to high school graduates and equivalents who 1) have been in public or private foster care for the 12 consecutive months leading up to and including their 18th birthday; 2) have been adopted or placed into legal guardianship from foster care after their 16th birthday, or 3) have been orphaned for at least one year at the time of their 18th birthday.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a college, university, or trade school.

They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher, an SAT score of at least 900, or an ACT score of at least 21.
