Requirements

This program is open to residents of Pennsylvania who are eligible for services under the Pennsylvania John H. Chafee Foster Care Independence Program, were adopted from foster care after their 16th birthday, or were participating in this program on their 21st birthday (until they turn 23 years of age).

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an approved college or career school in Pennsylvania on at least a halftime basis.
