This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Washington who have an outstanding record in the field of career and technical education (CTE).

Applicants must be planning to attend college in any state.

They must be nominated by their CTE Director, who must be a member of the Washington Association of Career and Technical Administrators (WACTA).
