PSAD Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Pennsylvania who are deaf or hard of hearing and interested in attending college in any state to prepare for a career of service to deaf and hard of hearing people.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Pennsylvania and graduates of those high schools who are currently enrolled as undergraduates at colleges and universities in any state.

Applicants must be deaf or hard of hearing and interested in preparing for a career of service to deaf and hard of hearing people, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, public school teaching, social work, or a field of medicine.

They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and, for current undergraduates, have completed at least 26 credits.
