About the Scholarship

The Rankin A. and Lucy R. Clinton Scholarship is open to graduates of Oak Grove High School in Hattiesburg, Mississippi who are attending The University of Southern Mississippi. Students pursuing a degree in education are encouraged to apply. Sophomores and higher receive special consideration. If no student from Oak Grove High School qualifies, the award is available to other students majoring in education.
