Requirements

This program is open to full-time students participating in an ROTC program at Bowie State University, Coppin State University, Morgan State University, or the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Applicants must be a member of a minority group or another group historically underrepresented in ROTC programs.

They must be able to qualify for instate tuition.
