Requirements

This program is open to graduating high school seniors planning to attend a 4-year college or university.

At least 1 of the parents (or guardians) of the student must be a current federal government attorney or federal judge and member of the Federal Bar Association.

Selection is based on an essay on what they hope to gain from a college education, academic record, leadership recognition, and school and community service and activities.
