This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Ventura County, California who have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Applicants must be planning to attend a 4year college or university in any state to work full time on a bachelor's degree.

They must be able to demonstrate such characteristics as leadership, character, communication skills, academic achievement, and commitment to Ventura county.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Financial need is considered in the selection process.
