Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in Vermont who plan to attend a college or university in any state.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate, through personal experiences and/or public commitment, dedication to the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and questioning community.

Selection is based on those essays and a letter of recommendation.
